Z40 Race Cam , The kit contains the following: , – Hi Lift Precision Ground Camshaft with bearings, – Double High Strength Race Springs (extra stiff for high revs), – Race Cam Sprocket , This Cam kit will guarantee a REAL performance gain on any pit bike engine it slots into. , On a YX140 engine you will see power output at the rear wheel raise 2 HP, that’s almost 20%. Add to that a port job & compression raise & if done correctly this cam will allow the YX140 engine to push 17.5 HP at the rear wheel, that’s around 50% increase. , We have been using and selling this cam for 4 years. There is nothing that comes close, although you will see it re branded elsewhere by some other minibike or monkey bike companies. , We know & refer to it ONLY as the Z40. , It fits the following engines:, – YX125, – YX140, – YX150 (Honda style head engine only), – Jailing 125, – any others with Honda style cam , This cam can be modified to fit Lifan 125, 140 & 150, however it involves removing & replacing the bearings from your original cam which requires a bearing press.
