KTM SX-F 450 / Husqvarna FC 450 / GasGas MC 450 Full Exhaust System (2023-2027)

Developed specifically for the latest generation KTM SX-F 450, Husqvarna FC 450 and GasGas MC 450 (2023-2027) models, this complete exhaust system is engineered to maximise performance across the entire rev range, delivering stronger torque, improved throttle response, and increased power where it matters most on the track.

Manufactured from premium stainless steel, the system features a specially designed header pipe incorporating an integrated bomb chamber (resonator) and variable diameter construction. This advanced design optimises exhaust gas flow and pulse tuning, providing stronger low and mid-range drive, improved traction out of corners, and a broader, more controllable powerband.

Paired with a lightweight titanium silencer body and premium carbon fibre end cap, the system offers excellent durability, significant weight reduction, and a factory-race appearance. The enhanced exhaust flow allows the engine to accelerate more freely through the mid-range while maintaining strong top-end pulling power and improved over-rev performance.

The silencer is supplied with a removable dB killer and has been updated to comply with current FIM and FMI competition sound regulations, making it suitable for modern motocross competition.
