Developed for the latest generation KTM EXC 250, Husqvarna TE 250 and GasGas EC 250 (2023-2027) models, this complete exhaust system is designed to maximise performance while maintaining the smooth, tractable power delivery demanded by enduro riders.
Manufactured from premium stainless steel, the system features a high-performance header pipe with an integrated bomb chamber (resonator) to optimise exhaust flow, improve low and mid-range torque, and enhance throttle response in technical riding conditions. The lightweight titanium silencer body and premium carbon fibre end cap complete the package, offering reduced weight, exceptional durability, and a factory-race appearance.
The result is stronger torque from low RPM, increased mid-range pulling power, and improved over-rev performance, allowing the engine to continue producing power higher into the rev range. Whether tackling tight woodland trails, steep climbs, hard enduro sections, or flowing special tests, the system delivers a broader, more usable powerband and improved rideability.
Updated to comply with the latest FIM and FMI sound testing regulations, this exhaust is suitable for modern competition and enduro use.
