KTM EXC-F 250 / Husqvarna FE 250 / GasGas EC 250F Full Exhaust System (2020-2022)

Developed for the previous generation KTM EXC-F 250 (2020-2022), Husqvarna FE 250 (2020-2022) and GasGas EC 250F (2021-2022) models, this complete exhaust system is designed to deliver significant performance gains throughout the rev range while maintaining the smooth, controllable power delivery essential for enduro riding.

Constructed from premium stainless steel, the system features a specially developed header pipe with an integrated bomb chamber (resonator) and optimised pipe geometry to improve exhaust gas velocity and overall engine efficiency. The result is stronger low-end torque, increased mid-range pulling power, and a smooth, linear power delivery that provides excellent traction and rideability in technical terrain.

The lightweight titanium silencer body is paired with a premium carbon fibre end cap, reducing overall weight while providing exceptional durability and a factory-race appearance. Improved exhaust flow allows the engine to rev more freely, enhancing throttle response, acceleration, and top-end performance whilst retaining excellent control in challenging riding conditions.

Designed for riders tackling everything from technical woodland trails and rocky climbs to fast special tests, this exhaust system broadens the powerband and delivers stronger performance throughout the entire rev range.
