KTM SX-F 250 / Husqvarna FC 250 / GasGas MC 250F Full Exhaust System (2019-2022)
Developed for the previous generation KTM SX-F 250, Husqvarna FC 250 and GasGas MC 250F, this complete exhaust system is designed to deliver significant performance gains throughout the rev range while maintaining excellent rideability and throttle control.
Constructed from premium stainless steel, the system features a specially developed header pipe with an integrated bomb chamber (resonator) and optimised pipe geometry to improve exhaust gas velocity and overall engine efficiency. The result is stronger low-end response, increased mid-range torque, and a smooth, linear power delivery that helps the engine pull harder from corner exit right through to maximum RPM.
The lightweight titanium silencer body is paired with a premium carbon fibre end cap, reducing overall weight while providing exceptional durability and a factory-race appearance. Improved exhaust flow allows the engine to rev more freely, enhancing acceleration, throttle response, and top-end performance.
Built to meet modern competition requirements, the silencer is supplied with a removable dB killer, allowing riders to tailor the exhaust characteristics to suit their riding style and track conditions.
